Duoraa is a digital service — nothing is shipped. Your plan is active the moment payment succeeds.

1. No physical shipping

Duoraa is an online service used in your web browser. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

2. When you get access

Duo and Day Pass are activated on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds, at most a few minutes if your bank is slow to confirm. You'll see your plan on the Billing page and receive a confirmation from the payment provider.

If a payment succeeded but your plan isn't active after 30 minutes, contact us via Help & contact and we'll activate it or refund you.

3. Where it works

Duoraa works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on computers and phones. Duoraa Companion (for Netflix, Prime Video and Hotstar) works in Chrome and Edge on computers.
